Again, the Study Programme of Japanese Literature, Faculty of Cultural Studies, Universitas Brawijaya achieved “A” accreditation. The accreditation status rank was stated through DECREE OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL EDUCATION BODY FOR HIGHER EDUCATION, SK NOMOR: 5255/SK/BAN-PT/Ak-PPJ/S/VIII/2022 on the Accreditation of Study Programme of Japanese Literature, signed by Prof. Ari Purbayanto, Ph.D.
According to the Decree, the Study Programme of Japanese Literature was entitled for “A” Accreditation status from August 16, 2022 until August 16, 2027, extending the previously achieved Accreditation “A” status, in 2017, which expires on August 15, 2022.
The Accreditation “A” status proved the commitment of the Study Programme of Japanese Literature in providing qualified, professional and competent Linguistic, Literature and Japanese Culture education. It is expected that the outcome will stimulate, drive and encourage Japanese Literature students to develop within and with the Study Programme of Japanese Literature in achieving a bright future.
