Opened Opportunity: SPJLC Students Internship at PT Human Mandiri Indonesia

 

Malang, March 8th 2024 – Study Programme of Japanese Literature (SPJL) had a collaboration with a remarkable technology and human resource consultation company, PT Human Mandiri Indonesia. This partnership did not only benefit both parties, but also for the students who are willing to gain practical experience through internship programs.

This partnership between SPJL and PT Human Mandiri Indonesia aims to broaden knowledge and skills in the field of technology and human resource consultation, as well as strengthen the relation between the world of education and industry. In this cooperation, PT Human Mandiri Indonesia provides chances for students to join the internship program that is specially designed according to the company’s requirements.

Students who are interested in participating in this internship had to go through a strict selection process, including the evaluation of academic performance, language skills and passion for technology and human resources consultation. SPJL fully supported the chosen students, including preparation and internship progress activity.

Adit Oktajana, an SPJL student shares his wonderful experience after getting the opportunity to do an internship at PT. Human Mandiri Indonesia. Dito (his nickname) joined the program for 6 months from February 1st to July 1st 2024 (where each month is counted as 20 days). In an unforgettable moment, Dito was warmly welcomed by the company’s Vice President, Mr. Sakaguchi who left a deep impression from the beginning.

“Doing an internship at this company has given me a new lesson that I have never experienced during my study. Warm welcome from Mr. Sakaguchi made me feel I was treasured and acknowledged in a new working environment.”

Not only Dito, Alfira Salwa Azhaar also got the chance to go through an internship at this company. Dito and Alfira gained a clearer picture of the real working environment which will be faced in the future after graduating. This exposure gave an invaluable knowledge on how the technology and human resources consultation are used as a daily practice at this firm.

“I have opened my eyes about what will happen when I work in the future from this internship,” Dito said. “I am deeply grateful for this opportunity, and I am sure that this experience will help me to unleash my potential and become a better person in the future.”
