RESEARCH INFORMATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICE

Information about research and community service comes mainly from BPPM, FCS. In addition, there is also information sent to the Head of the SPJL through the disposition of the Assistant Dean I of the FCS.

 Information based on the Letter to the FCS

  1. Research information is entered in the Dean’s Secretariat, then forwarded to the Dean
  2. The Dean gives a disposition based on this information to the Head of BPPM-FIB to forward the information to lecturers/researchers and/or students.
  3. BPPM continues this information through various media (letters and e-mails) to related parties (PD I, PD III, Head of Departments, Heads of Study Programs, Lecturers, and BEM/students)
  4. Relevant parties forward the information to their respective staff/departments. (Head of Department to Head of Study Program, Head of Study Program to lecturer staff; PD III to Students, etc.)
  5. Lecturers/students receive the information and follow up immediately

Based on information accessed by BPPM-FIBUB from various sources

  1. BPPM searches for research information on a regular basis (every month) from various available sources
  2. With the knowledge of the Dean, BPPM continues the information through various media (letters and e-mails) to related parties (PD I, PD III, Head of Department, Head of Study Program, Lecturer, and BEM/student)
  3. Relevant parties forward the information to their respective staff/departments. (Head of Department to lecturer staff; PD III to students, etc.)
  4. Lecturers/students receive the information and follow up immediately
